About the role: We're seeking an experienced Business Application System Analyst to join our Hornby-based team at Westland Milk Products. In this role, you'll work with automation, business intelligence, operations teams and cross-functional teams to build solutions and support the systematic investigation, analysis, and diagnose and resolve problems, documentation of business functions and processes. You'll help define system specifications that enhance workflow and improve access to key business information. This role can be based in either Hornby (Christchurch), Hokitika, or Glenavy, depending on your preferred location. You will be responsible for: * Monitor and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management System (WMS). * Providing Unit Testing and Integration Testing * Business Process Mapping * Identifying training, orientation, policies and procedures business improvements * Supporting business user training with IS team input * Staying up to date with new trends and tools to ensure best practise is used in the role * Developing and maintaining application roadmaps * Timely and accurate resolution of incidents within agreed timeframes * Ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained You'll bring proven experience working with MWS and ERP systems and large-scale business applications, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You understand the value of thorough documentation and know how to create it effectively. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate across business units, and you're known for championing best practices. A solid grasp of problem management methodologies, combined with your initiative, vision, and drive will set you apart in this role.
