Working alongside a Finance Business Partner you will assist with the financial separation of Three Waters from other Council activities as we prepare for Local Water Done Well. Specialising in reporting, forecasting and general transactional requirements, your expertise will help ensure the efficiency and accuracy of financial outcomes for Three Waters. In this role you'll take responsibility for: * **Specialist financial support -** reporting, forecasting, processing contracts and other transactional requirements * **Regulatory Compliance -** maintain financial oversight and ensure best practice is adhered to * **General ledger and reconciliations -** preparing journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and other monthly accounting reports * **Knowledge sharing and documentation of key processes -** ensuring procedures are well-documented and accessible to team members. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - KEI TE KIMI MĀTOU I TĒNEI MOMO TANGATA** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member with a focus on financial accuracy and process improvement.
