As a Payment Services Consultant, you will be tasked with contacting our clients regarding their insurance premium and offering and working through payment solutions to ensure the best outcomes for both the client and the Mutual. We are looking for team players, who are ready to get stuck in and get the job done! You will be strong and effective communicator, who is able to meet deadlines and manage your own workload alongside a strong attention to detail. This is a very fast paced environment with daily workload and the queue together so you will need to be a great multi-tasker. The key purpose of the role is to manage the accounts receivable function and ensure customer account information is accurate and current. You'll work alongside the Senior Credit Controller to help support healthy cash flow and reduce credit risk across the business. The role is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm however there is some flexibility around the start and finish times if needed.
