As a Payment Services Consultant, you will be tasked with contacting our clients regarding their insurance premium and offering and working through payment solutions to ensure the best outcomes for both the client and the Mutual. We are looking for team players, who are ready to get stuck in and get the job done! You will be strong and effective communicator, who is able to meet deadlines and manage your own workload alongside a strong attention to detail. This is a very fast paced environment with daily workload and the queue together so you will need to be a great multi-tasker.
