We have a long-standing team with many years' experience in the office products industry. We have an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our fantastic team in Manawatu. If you are looking for a new challenge and want to be part of a busy centralised Finance Team, then this position could be the perfect opportunity. Key aspects of this role include: * Reporting to Finance Manager * Assist the Finance Team to manage a high level of financial activity * Receipting of customer payments * Setup of new customer accounts * Enforce credit control policy and compliance * Processing of stock supplier invoices and credit notes * Investigate and resolve outstanding stock supplier issues * Assist with monthly stock supplier reconciliations We are looking for someone that has a good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable procedures and the ability to perform under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.
