This company specialises in delivering surgical implants and instruments to healthcare professionals and organizations across the Asia-Pacific region, with a strong commitment to improving lives through innovative medical solutions. **Te tūnga | The role** We are seeking a Warehouse/Inventory specialist who will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, including inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes. You will ensure timely product availability and manage bookings for sales representatives, playing a crucial role in maintaining our client's reputation for excellence in healthcare. * Transact all products accurately and within the required time frame in the SAP/ERP system. * Ensure accurate pick and dispatch of goods and inventory to the customer. * Maintain surgical loaner instruments and implant sets. * Manage bookings for sales representatives. * Inspect the sets for any missing items and arrange for replenishment. * Keep track of loaner sets and update their content when necessary. * Work with national loan kit staff to ensure kit accuracy and traceability: all checklists are to be kept up to date and kits labelled correctly. * Miscellaneous duties/responsibilities (assist with inventory stock take, clerical duties, etc.) **Nōu te rourou | What you bring** * Demonstrated administrative experience in a logistics & Warehousing environment. * Knowledge of SAP and Computer literate in Microsoft Excel. * Experience in CSSD is desirable. * Able to prioritise workload to ensure all deadlines are met. * Flexible and resilient towards changes in deliveries and timeframes from both customers and suppliers. * Attention to detail. * Strong written and oral communication skills. We can accommodate up to 50 guests and are open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner. Our extensive menu features more than 80 delicious dishes to choose from. Job Description: • Preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine. • Planning menus, working with other chefs in the kitchen and advising on cooking procedures • Assisting in stock control, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies • Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Head Chef and kitchen and waiting staff • Regulating food control, cooking procedures and techniques. • Monitoring dish quality during all stages of preparation and presentation. • Enforcing mandatory food and hygiene requirements. • May assist with the recruitment and training of new team members • Undertaking all necessary kitchen duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Qualifications, Skills, and Job Requirements: • A New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4 or higher, or equivalent experience (for international qualifications). • A minimum of three years' experience in cooking northern-style Chinese Cuisine experience. • Strong expertise in noodle and pastry recipes is considered an advantage. • Available to work nights, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts throughout the week. What We Offer: • Hourly pay of $30-$32, depending on the level of experience. • A minimum of 35 hours per week to be worked over seven days, or as agreed upon.
