I was in the process of giving it a refurb but have run out of time so if you are handy, you can grab yourself a bargain. It comes with various new flashings, shower with surround and door. It is single glazed but incredibly warm in winter and cool in summer. Can be heated and cooled with a less than 2.5 kw heat pump (not included). I had planned to reclad the outside with long run corrugated leaving the weatherboards on the front. It requires approx. 60 lineal meters of corrugated to complete the reclad, which I have costed at just on $720.00 from FirstSteel here in Christchurch. Once reclad it will look like new. Good access and easily shifted with container truck. At $12,900.00 or very near offer it is great value.
