We are on the lookout for experienced Digger Operators to join our clients teams, working on civil construction and earthmoving projects around the Ashburton area. Each assignment will be different, starting throughout June. The hours of work per week are typically 40-50 hours, Monday to Friday. Depending on our clients requirements the work could be anywhere from 2 months to 8 months with the potential to become permeant for the right person. These roles involve operating a range of diggers from 1.5t to 20t alongside this there may be some labouring involved and depending on your licences there may be some truck driving as well. We are looking for people with: - Proven ability to operate diggers in a variety of sizes and environments. - Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. - Works well in a team and has excellent communication. - Willingness to work on a variety of tasks, including labouring and operating other machinery. - Holds a current WTR licence, additional HT classes are extremely advantageous. We are looking for a full time Spray Painter to work on all types of vehicles in our newly built paint shop. This position is based at our workshops on Newnham Street in Rangiora for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Work hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime is also available. Pay is competitive and negotiable depending on skill and experience. A sign-on bonus can also be negotiated.
