BT Coachbuilders is a small family business with a solid reputation across New Zealand. We pride ourselves on listening to our clients and delivering a world class build. We are experiencing a massive growth period and are looking for skilled Welders, Coach Builders, Fabricators to step up and build for some iconic kiwi businesses. What We're Looking For: • Welding and fabrication experience • Previous work in coach or vehicle body building is a big plus • Good with tools, accurate, and proud of a tidy job • Honest, reliable, and keen to get stuck in • Health and safety aware - we don't cut corners • Must be able to accurately read engineering drawings. • Strong understanding of fabrication processes and techniques. • Fabricate and assemble aluminium and steel products with precision and attention to detail. • Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications. • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet high standards • Good knowledge of using fabrication tools and equipment • Mathematical competence and the ability to understand dimensions. • Strong attention to detail and exceptional workmanship at all times. Ideally full time but open to discuss 4 day weeks.
