A large NZ oil on Board, artist unknown, needs some work

This is a lovely oil but needs work and would come up beautifully with a clean and reframe The artist obviously has considerable skill and the colours and scenery are classic Nz Measurements 65 x 51 cm Feel free to ask questions Pickup is from Kaikoura, happy to post
