You will assist in the seamless delivery of all catered events from planning through to execution. Role Purpose: These two Duty Manager positions hold the opportunity to curate a unique DM role suited to the candidates strengths, with the opportunity to lean into areas such as beer education, tours and tastings, administration, marketing and events coordination. Key requirements * Minimum of three years’ experience in event management and catering coordination; * A tertiary qualification in hospitality event management, project management, or a related field is preferred, though not essential; * A full driver’s licence, with the ability to travel to events; * Hold a current Manager’s Certificate; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully; * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse teams; * Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail; * Proficiency in using computers including general office and event systems; * Flexibility to work outside of core business hours and weekends.
