We're on the hunt for two talented Chefs de Parties or experienced Cooks to join our kitchen team at Flo & Co, a buzzing, locally-loved café in the heart of Kaikōura. These are permanent positions with a start date of September 2025. Flo & Co is a NZ Accredited Employer. About the Role: * Work daytime hours only; the café opens from 8am to 2:30 pm, giving you your afternoons and evenings free. * As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for baking and making cabinet food, as well as handling à la carte cooking, ensuring everything is fresh and beautifully presented. * The café is super seasonal—it hums during the summer months but slows down in winter. * The position requires weekend work and availability during school holidays, with flexibility to be discussed. * Remuneration to be discussed during the interview process. * Accommodation is available.
