Through our trusted brands Pastoral Improvements, Cover Crops, and Enviropasture—we work with clients across New Zealand and international markets to boost pasture productivity and soil resilience. 📍 Learn more about us at: www.PastoralImprovements.co.nz What You’ll Do This is a varied and hands-on role that includes: Accounts and Finance *Managing accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations *Handling invoicing, cost tracking, and credit card reconciliations *Monitoring inventory purchases and ensuring accurate billing and reporting. *Working closely with our company accountants and managing inter-company transactions *Preparing budgets, reports, and forecasts Logistics & Admin *Coordinating daily transport bookings and dispatch documentation *Tracking deliveries and keeping customers informed *Sourcing transport quotes to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery *Providing administrative support and backing up the wider team *Communicating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues professionally and clearly What We’re Looking For You’ll be successful in this role if you’re organized, adaptable, and able to take ownership of these functions . Our ideal candidate will have: Accounting background – Qualification or experience in accounting Tech-savvy – Confident using Xero and willing to embrace AI/modern tools Detail-oriented – Accuracy matters in both accounts and logistics Organized & adaptable – Able to manage competing tasks with initiative Communication skills – Friendly, professional, and clear communicator Problem-solver – Practical and efficient in day-to-day operations Bonus: Experience using CoreCin7 Inventory software is a plus, but not essential.
