We’re looking for an experienced Boiler Operator with a sharp eye, a steady hand, and a real passion for keeping things humming along behind the scenes. You’ll be a key part of the team that makes sure our boilers run like clockwork, safely, efficiently, and without a fuss. What You’ll Be Doing: *Keeping our steam supply smooth and steady - no cold showers here! *Working closely with maintenance and production teams to make sure everything runs without a hitch. *Following all the good stuff - ISO standards, food safety protocols, and maintenance schedules. *Reporting issues accurately and jumping on opportunities to improve how we do things. *Being the calm in the (literal) steam - maintaining safe, clean, and efficient operations. Success in this Role Looks Like: *You have a New Zealand Certificate in Energy and Chemical Process Operations (Level 4, or with Level 3 and willing to work towards Level 4). *Preventative maintenance? Done on time. *Downtime? As rare as a cold cuppa. *Safety and food quality? Non-negotiables. *Documentation? Spot on, every time. *PPE is your BFF: You’ll be working in an environment where safety is serious business.
