The Role: As an HVAC Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication throughout all project phases. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and lead HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget. * Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. * Prepare and review project documentation including plans, estimates, and schedules. * Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management. * Manage project teams and allocate resources effectively. About You: • Proven experience in HVAC project management (5+ years preferred). • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once. • Sound knowledge of health and safety practices within the HVAC industry. • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering/Project Management) are highly regarded. • Full New Zealand driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
