





We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Coordinator to join one of our clients team in the Hastings area to start immediately. As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, routing, and dispatching of a team of workers to various job sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. ## Responsibilities * Schedule and prioritize work orders based on urgency and customer needs * Coordinate with field workers to ensure efficient routing and on-time arrivals * Monitor and track the status of jobs in real-time to address any delays or issues * Communicate with clients to provide updates on service arrivals and to address any concerns * Maintain accurate records of job assignments and ensure all paperwork is completed properly * Assist in the training and onboarding of new field workers * Provide support for field workers by addressing any issues that arise during their assignments ## Qualifications * Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in using scheduling software and GPS tracking systems * Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations * Experience in the transport industry is a plus Showing dedication and drive will earn the potential to grow your skills and boost your pay even further, by offering you a range of training programmes to help you do it!
