We're looking for a talented person to join the Christchurch Port Operations team as a FCL Dispatcher. The life of a an FCL dispatcher is fast paced and like no other - daily problem solving, liaising with customers - something different each day to keep you on your toes and always learning! You will need to be a quick learner with a calm head and a sense of humour - ready to take your career to the next step. This position involves: * Problem solving on a daily basis. * Allocating loads, helping co-ordinate deliveries across the Canterbury region * Liaising and daily coordination with customers, the Mainfreight team, drivers - both face to face, over the phone and on email * Data entry, manifesting, and internal computer systems.
