* Permanent / Full Time * Monday - Friday AM Shift * Onehunga based About the Role As a Fiberglass and Composites Technician, you'll be working on both standard production and one-off projects. From mould preparation through to final assembly, you'll ensure every product meets the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and performance. Key Responsibilities * Contribute as part of the Fiberglass and Composites team on production and bespoke builds * Carry out end-to-end manufacturing including laminating, vacuum bagging, mould prep, and final assembly * Apply rigorous quality checks and resolve issues effectively * Improve processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and outcomes Skills and Experience * Proven experience in fiberglass/composites work (laminating, vacuum bagging, RTM, mould prep) * Background in boatbuilding or a similar trade is highly valued * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team What's on Offer * Monday to Friday - morning shift (Onehunga-based) * Competitive pay, reflecting your skills and experience * Opportunity to work on diverse projects - both production runs and unique one-off builds * Supportive team environment where your input and craftsmanship are valued To be successful you must have: * 2+ years experience as a fiberglass and composites technician * Good communication and team work skills * Reliable with great work ethic * Must pass a pre-employment drug test * Must undergo a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background check * Must have reliable transport to Onehunga Only applicants with relevant fibreglass/composites experience and eligibility to work in New Zealand without restrictions will be contacted.
