This is a practical, customer-facing role where you’ll: • Welcome and assist customers with product enquiries and orders • Pick, pack and process customer orders accurately and efficiently • Upsell and promote products and special offers to drive sales • Maintain a tidy and professional trade counter and showroom What We’re Looking For • Proven ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment • Retail, trade, or sales experience is a plus (training provided for the right person) • Friendly, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done right • Reliable, hardworking and willing to roll up your sleeves The Ideal Candidate You’ll be motivated, customer-focused and eager to learn.
