The house is on the edge of Ngaio, adjacent to Trelissick Park and with sunset views of the skyline. This massive house is in a great spot close to town yet surrounded by nature! The flat has: • HEAPS of space and storage (seriously, more than we know what to do with). We've got a walk in pantry, huge sunny living room and dining room, and a second communal room downstairs • A lovely little garden and greenhouse if you have green thumbs • Two beautiful cats called Lily and Luca • Great transport connections, with a bus stop at the end of the street and the train station within walking distance • On and off street parking • A huge Countdown less than a 5 minute drive away The kitchen is partially renovated and fully equipped including with two fridges. The lounge, dining areas and second communal area are spacious and sunny. We are looking for a couple in their 20s/30s to join the three current flatmates and two beautiful cats this 4 bedroom house. We are looking for friendly and social people, well-trained in the art of being a good flattie! The rent is $350 per week, and the room is available from 14 November. We have a private landlord who is easy going and leaves us to it unless we need something. The current tenants are only moving out as they are moving overseas for work!
