What you’ll be doing:       * Leading and supporting maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety     * Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on heavy mining machinery (trucks, dozers, excavators)     * Coordinating daily maintenance tasks and communicating with supervisors and planners     * Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard                 What you’ll need:     * Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Heavy Diesel Fitter   * Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance   * Strong leadership and communication skills   * Fit, reliable, and safety-focused   * Full clean driver’s license   * Valid NZ/AUS Work Rights                The Offer:     * 7 days on, 7 days off (12.5-hour shifts, day/night rotation)     * On-site accommodation + meals provided     * Relocation support for NZ-based applicants     * Approx. $195,000–$210,000 AUD per year (includes shift allowances, weekends, public holidays, and super)               Apply now — we’re shortlisting skilled NZ tradespeople ready to take the next step and make the move to Australia!
