This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage drivers, optimise transport schedules for maximum efficiency, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations. **Key Responsibilites**: _Driver Management_ - Lead and motivate a team of drivers and manage all aspects of the drivers’ daily schedules including leave requests, potential issues, fleet availability, and compliance of policies to ensure legislative and company requirements are met. _Journey/Incident Management_ - Monitor, maintain, analyse GPS data and telematics to optimise fleet and driver utilisation and improve solutions to the customer. You will be the first point of contact for the drivers for any issues/incidents during the journey. _Health, Safety and Compliance_ - Pro-actively work with the Health and Safety Team to ensure robust systems are in place and followed by your team to embed best practices.
