They service industries across New Zealand and are seeking a skilled Dynamic Balancing Technician to join their Wiri-based team. Key Responsibilities As a Dynamic Balancing Technician, your main responsibilities will include performing precision balancing and troubleshooting of rotating equipment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Use industrial balancing machines, vibration analysis equipment, and lathes to balance rotating equipment to ISO standards. * Troubleshoot balancing issues, manufacture balancing mandrels, and proactively address technical challenges. * Work alongside the production team, assisting with technical engineering tasks on the shop floor. * Take ownership of workload completion, advise of delays where necessary, and ensure work meets specifications. * Support colleagues, share knowledge, and assist as needed to achieve team targets. * Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies. * Participate in training, contribute to process improvements, and maintain technical competency.
