Description

As one of our frontline staff you'll be a crucial part of delivering a spot-on customer experience and providing impeccable service to all our customers. Responsibilities of this busy role include: • Answering phones, emails, handling of enquiries. • Actively engaging with customers while accurately and efficiently working out hire costs, providing estimates, preparing invoices, recording bookings and collecting payment. • Completing hire agreements, calculating charges and processing payments. • General office duties such as the processing of mail. • A high level of attention to detail is required as well as strong numerical skills. You will need at least one year of full-time relevant work experience, a clean full-driver licence and fluent English.
