





* Contract and full-time * Base in Wellington We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to support and working on replacement project which our client is currently undertaking. **Your key focus on the role will be:** Experienced Senior BA resource to undertake the following type of work: * Draft and finalise the technical and non-functional business requirements documentation to inform a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the replacement existing system. * Gathering non-functional requirements for the RFP process, especially around the technology, solution location, ICT security requirements. * Identify Privacy and Security groups within the organisation to be engaged to ensure their requirements are considered given the type of data held in this system. * Help support the project around the issuing of the RFP and the reviewing RFP responses with project and SME resourcing **Requirements:** * Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Seasoned Senior BA with a strong technical leaning, who understands requirements elicitation and documenting technical requirements, and is able to deliver this type of work in a timely fashion to a high standard. * Ability to drive capture and review of technical functional and non-functional requirements to support the RFP process. * Excellent documentation skills and communication skills, and able to work cohesively in a small, high performing team. * Ability to work with transparently and reliably with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes * Previous experience undertaking assessment and replacement of existing business applications / system. * Previous exposure to working with biometric systems (desirable, but not mandatory) * An understanding of the RFP process is desirable but not essential, particularly around probity and handling commercially sensitive information.
