With strong installation teams in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, we’re continuing to expand and are now looking for an experienced Foreman/Supervisor to join our Auckland construction team. The Opportunity: In this role, you’ll lead site installation activities across a range of major projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage. You’ll work closely with our project managers and installation teams, ensuring projects are installed to specification, on schedule, and to a high standard of safety and workmanship. You’ll be based at our Auckland branch (Mt Wellington) and will also travel occasionally to projects across New Zealand. Key Responsibilities: • Supervising on-site installation teams and subcontractors on commercial and industrial projects. • Read and interpret construction drawings (BIM experience advantageous). • Maintain high-quality workmanship and solve installation challenges on site. • Coordinate with other trades and site management to deliver successful outcomes. • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. • Support and mentor installers to improve skills and productivity. What We’re Looking For: • Trade background in mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or sheet metal. • Proven experience in a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar leadership role • Proven ability to deliver projects of various sizes in a commercial/industrial environment. • Good understanding of contracts, variations, and project execution. • Ability to read and interpret technical/construction drawings. • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with other trades. • Commitment to Health & Safety (Site Safe card/EWP experience preferred). • Positive, hands-on leader with pride in workmanship.
