These are the Love Machines mid-waist super wide leg jeans from the One Teaspoon brand. Think 70s studio 54 inspired jeans. They have a zip front fly closure and feature distressed, denim grinding at the hem. They are a washed black colour. Size 31 equates to a size 13.
