Requirements: * Proven 5 years’ experience as a Senior Site Supervisor or similar role in the sheet metal installation industry. * English Speaking – IELT Score 7+ * In-depth knowledge of construction installation techniques, equipment, and materials. * Strong understanding of construction and safety regulations. * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, structural drawings and specifications. * Have in depth knowledge of relevant codes and regulations in relation to Barrier Design. * Excellent leadership and communication skills of teams up to 10 persons. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
