We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly, meeting targets, and making sure everything is done safely and to a high standard. What You’ll Do • Supervise daily production operations • Lead and support a team of machine operators • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality • Respond to equipment issues quickly to minimise downtime • Maintain clear records and follow all food safety procedures (HACCP, GMP) • Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organised • Work with management to improve processes and performance What You’ll Bring • At least 3 years’ experience in food manufacturing or FMCG • Previous experience in a leadership or shift supervisor role • Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards • Calm, practical approach to solving problems • Experience with Vertical and Horizontal Form Fill & Seal machines • Willing to work hands-on and lead by example What’s On Offer • Pay rate of $30–$35/hour depending on experience • Stable work in a growing business • Friendly team and supportive environment • Opportunities for training and career development To Apply: Send your CV to Neika@hirestaff.co.nz or apply ASAP.
