Supervisor Security – Auckland Everyday can be different, with unique challenges supporting the guests of Auckland's Largest Site. You will be a driven leader, with immaculate presentation that sets the standard for your team performing security services. This role is about people engagement - listening, explaining, and supporting. What we can offer you: • Full training will be provided along with the required PPE and Uniform. • Competitive Salary • Full time role Monday to Friday 0600 - 1500 • Full training on the role and additional training as required • Opportunities to move into new roles within the business • Welfare checks and a strong company culture focused on your Health & Safety What we need you to have: • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years of security supervision experience. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Outstanding People Skills: Excellent relationship-building, communication, and listening skills. • Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to think on your feet, make quick decisions, and handle pressure with a calm, composed attitude. • Physical Fitness: The physical ability to meet the demands of the role. • Essential Credentials: A current COA license or the ability to obtain one (we can help you with this). A full, clean New Zealand driver’s license. The ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check.
