About the Role This position combines front-line customer service with behind-the-scenes administrative coordination. You’ll be supporting our main Advisor as a key link between our customers, technicians, and suppliers — ensuring every job is booked, tracked, and completed to the highest standard. You’ll also manage the preparation and submission of warranty claims for Kenworth, DAF, and component suppliers. In addition to this, there will also be an opportunity to support our Fleet coordinator once your feet are under the desk. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers, schedule service and repair work, and manage workshop bookings Communicate clearly with customers about job status, estimates, and approvals Create, update, and close job cards in our service management system Process and track Kenworth and DAF warranty claims accurately and efficiently Coordinate with technicians to ensure warranty parts and documentation are submitted correctly Support the team by assisting in the preparation of invoices, quotes, and service reports for customer review Maintain organised service and warranty records for audit compliance Support workshop management in delivering an outstanding customer experience About You Experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, or similar role in the heavy truck or automotive industry would be an anvantage. Familiarity with Kenworth and/or DAF trucks (or PACCAR systems) is highly advantageous Strong understanding of service operations, repair processes, and warranty procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident using computer systems and dealer management software Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work in a busy, team-focused environment What We Offer Competitive hourly rate based on experience with regular reviews Supportive team culture within a respected PACCAR dealer/service centre Ongoing training and manufacturer-backed development opportunities Modern, well-equipped workshop and clean facilities Stable, long-term career opportunity with room to grow Southern Cross health insurance after 12 months service Discounted fuel/tyres through our parent company.
