We provide high-quality products and have a loyal customer base who enjoy our exceptional customer service. We are looking for Store Manager As a Store Manager your key responsibilities include: 1. Effectively manage the overall operations of the store i.e. No.1 Supa Value Supermarket 2. Lead the team independently and supervise the staff for smooth routine operations of business. 3. Manages the daily operations of No.1 Supa Value Supermarket. 4. Manages and supervises staff, including hiring, rostering, training and performance evaluation 5. Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations 6. Monitors and analyses sales and financial data 7. Manages retail establishment finances, including budgeting and financial reporting 8. Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers, and negotiates contracts and pricing 9. Implements marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers 10. Resolves customer complaints and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction 11. Strategically plan the growth of business at local level ensuring maximum regular casual customer at the store. 12. Introduce and implement new and innovative ideas to generate revenue. 13. Manage operations with passion, integrity and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the Store. 14. Take random customer feedback to assess their satisfaction regarding customer service and use the same for making change in strategy of the business 15. Plan promotions and combos to attract customers as part of marketing 16. Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff. 17. Provide direction to staff to achieve the Store goals. 18. Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement 19. Provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis 20. Create a positive consumers experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage customers 21. Manage the store to meet or exceed standards in safety and cleanliness. 22. Train and coach staff on customer services principles and practices 23. Follow the store policies and procedures including those for cash handling and safety/security 24. Stocktake periodically and to check for difference in physical stock and stock in books. 25. Make policies and checks to minimise stock expiry and wastage and to minimize the difference between physical stock at store and stock in books 26. Plans promotions to minimize stock expiry and wastage. Requirements: 1. Qualification i.e. Diploma in Business, or three years relevant work experience as Store Manager 2. People personality 3. Good communication skills 4. Reliable and honest 5. Be able to work on weekend and on public holidays Previous relevant experience as Store Manager in similar business in the similar industry will be preferred. Please note, this is a full-time position with rostered/split shifts, including weekends and late night shifts.
