Our client is a well-established infrastructure company delivering a range of roading and civil construction projects across New Zealand. They are currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join their crew based on Waiheke Island. Location - Waiheke Island, NZPay Rate - $29 to $31 per hour depending on experienceWork Days & Hours - Must be flexible working Monday to Friday and the occasional weekend Your Responsibilities * Operate rollers and compacting machinery for roading and pavement projects. * Carry out pre-start checks and ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard. * Assist with general civil and road construction duties when required. * Work closely with site supervisors to meet quality and safety standards. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues promptly.
