Having continued to grow and expand, we now need an experienced Excavator Operators to deliver our workload. We are specifically looking for an experienced operator for our 14-tonne Wheeled Digger running an Engcon 360 degree tilt hitch on a long-term project. Are you up to it? With branches in Auckland and Christchurch, we specialise in complex civil challenges such as deep and large diameter pipework, pump stations, and multidisciplinary civil structures. About the role: As an operator, you will form part of a drainage team in a company that prides itself on its innovative and smart approaches to civil construction challenges, with exposure to a broad range of different projects including large diameter pipelines, sheet piled trench shoring, extensive dewatering, large culverts, pipe bursting, etc. About You: You’d be the perfect fit for our team if you: - Have proven operating experience and are a competent excavator operator - A current WTR endorsement, with Class 2 or 4 licenses as a bonus - Proven experience of operating a DF-14T Engcon 360 degrees tilt hitch Rubber Wheeled Digger. - Are a clear communicator and enjoy working as a team to drive success onsite - Are reliable and are committed equipment maintenance - Can pass a pre-employment drug test What we offer: Excellent remuneration package $40+/hour plus Ute Health Insurance Career and personal development Company training and a supportive team environment Caring people, with an active social club Seipp Construction is on the lookout for talented individuals who are ready to make a meaningful impact.
