Our client, a leading New Zealand coach and bus manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Coach Builder - Panel, to join their team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong welding, fabrication, and assembly skills who takes pride in quality workmanship. You'll be working from task sheets and drawings to complete production jobs efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities: * Weld and fabricate coach components (alloy and stainless steel) * Manufacture and bond panels, frames, and fiberglass parts * Install plumbing, flooring, insulation, doors, and glazing * Carry out pre- and post-paint assembly and detailed fit-outs * Perform repairs and modifications to coaches * Follow safety procedures and meet quality/budget targets What we're looking for: * Experience in panel work, welding and fabrication (vehicle/coach building preferred) * Ability to read technical drawings and instructions * Skilled with adhesives, bonding, and general component fitment * Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship * Health and safety-conscious, reliable, and team-oriented * Some of your own tools Apply now:If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you, apply now!Only NZ Residents, Citizens, or candidates with a valid work visa will be considered for this role.
