You will be supported by an experienced leadership team in your role. You will be responsible for: - Estimating and invoicing jobs - Back up production and scheduling - Booking sublets and contractors - Assisting the Manager in liaising with insurers and customers You must be able to demonstrate a track record in effective communication and outstanding and collaborative leadership. Your knowledge and ability to lead by example is essential. We’re looking for someone to join our team who has: * An eye for detail, with high accuracy and common sense, is process driven and methodical, and highly organised * A working knowledge of the panel and paint industry * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Effective delegation skills * An outstanding focus on customer delivery * Strong business acumen * Experience in iBody (would be advantageous) * The ability to learn and use scheduling management software We are committed to and invest in our staff, operate a clean environment and pride ourselves on leading the way.
