1 Private Room available now. We are looking for a long term tenant. Home is very large and situated on an awesome lifestyle block in Whenuapai. $160.00 per week. This price includes reasonable use of power, water and internet. The room comes unfurnished and is a small size. The room can comfortably fit a single bed and desk or a double bed on its own. There is also a built in wardrobe and shelves for storage. There is additional space in the home to accommodate for some furnishings like a desk and computer etc. We also have a small amount of space for storage in our shed. Off street parking is available and Bathrooms are shared Northwest shopping center is a 10 minute drive and Albany is about 15 minutes away. We are also a 5 minute drive from the motorway. House Features: 6 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms Entertainers Kitchen Large lounge area Laundry Garage Pool Table Outdoor fire pit Large grounds, and outdoor entertaining areas. Our flat currently has 5 members. We are all easy going tidy people who enjoy having a good laugh and making our home a great place to live. The home is quite large, so even with 5 of us, there is a lot of room to have your own space. We are pet friendly, but Dogs are not able to be accommodated. We currently have 2 cats.
