Torbay, 5 bedrooms

We have a sunny bedroom and lounge downstairs that we'd like to rent to anyone who wants their own space! It has its own private entrance via the garden, with two very sunny decks. Brand new washing machine and dryer, most of the house has been recently renovated so we have a very big kitchen, and a brand new bathtub in the bathroom. We are 2 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the shops, with a bus stop 2 minutes away. We are an LGBTQ+ household so will need respectful flatmates. We also have a single room upstairs that we are listing, so open to families that may wish to rent both rooms and the lounge- but would need children to be older and safe on stairs. We also occasionally housesit a puppy so will need flatmates that are comfy with this situation.
