We are indian couple looking for flatmate to share our house with. Room is fully furnished but you are welcome to bring your furniture. Existing flatmates 1 couple, 7 year old kid, 1 female flatmate. Rent cover water power wifi. You are welcome to use all utensils we have in kitchen. No guest allowed in the house. Ideal flatmate neat and tidy keep the place clean and pays rent on time. Safe parking available. Room is double bedroom it has double built in wardrobe. You will be sharing bathroom with one female. Bathroom gets cleaned professionally once a week but we expect user to keep it tidy. Thanks
