Bright room available in newly renovated Ponsonby villa ? We’re looking for someone to join us in this 3-bed villa with separate laundry and a big, beautiful garden with veggie boxes and fruit trees - such a dreamy spot and a 5-10 minute walk to Ponsonby road in one direction, and the same amount of time in the other to a Woolworths, Farro, Mitre 10 and the Grey Lynn shops. The room has a large window, and although this and the other rooms don’t have wardrobes (villa things), there is ample room for a queen bed and bedroom furniture! There is one bathroom, also newly renovated, with a waterfall shower. We're hoping to find another female to join our flat, who ideally works out of home as one of us works from home full time, but some WFH is totally fine. We'd love to hear from you!
