Key Responsibilities: * Gut, scale, fillet and bone fish with precision. * Clean and prepare fish and shellfish * Grading, packing and opening shellfish * Work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold store environment. * Perform repetitive manual tasks with attention to detail. * Follow production guidelines and specifications * Working as a team to meet production targets * Maintain machinery and equipment including knives * Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in seafood processing. * Must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. * Strong knife skills and a passion for the industry. * If you're ready to take your skills to the next level and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
