About the Role: We're seeking either a proven National Retail Manager ready for a fresh opportunity, or a senior Regional Manager looking to step into a national leadership role. You'll bring a strong background in apparel and/or footwear retail, ideally with experience across both flagship and outlet environments. This is a key senior leadership position, reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Commercial Manager, as well as the Buying, Planning, and Marketing teams. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the retail network, leading from the front to drive operational excellence and sustained commercial growth. Key Responsibilities: * Full leadership of all retail store operations across a national network * Drive performance by ensuring consistent, accurate, and efficient in-store processes * Establish clear KPIs and accountability frameworks across the retail team * Lead and evolve the Retail Training Academy (induction, product knowledge, service, sales coaching) * Champion a culture of service excellence across both stores and support office * Act as the key conduit between store teams and head office, ensuring clear and effective communication * Oversee sales management, merchandising execution, and brand standards * Manage stock, people, and resources to maximise store performance * Shape and execute strategic initiatives for growth and long-term success About You: You're a commercially minded, hands-on retail leader with a proven track record in the apparel or footwear sectors. You bring deep understanding of both flagship and outlet operations, and you know how to lead high-performing teams while rolling up your sleeves when needed. You're confident navigating a fast-paced, high-volume retail landscape, and you're passionate about creating strong, service-led cultures and scalable success.
