Seeking a reliable and motivated Admin/Assistant to join on a part-time basis, ideally suited for a university student. This is a flexible, dynamic role involving administrative support, client and vendor communication, and general office tasks, with the potential to move into a full-time position in the future. You will work closely with the director and take ownership of tasks independently. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the director with a range of administrative and operational tasks • Perform general admin duties including data entry, document preparation, and filing • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and chasing up overdue payments • Make phone calls to clients and vendors – professional phone manner essential • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and Word documents • Occasionally drive to run errands, attend meetings, or assist on-site – having a car is preferred • Be available on call, including after-hours if necessary • Help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently Requirements: • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility • Honest, proactive, and dependable with a can-do attitude • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Confident communicator with good phone and email skills • Able to work independently and take initiative • Sometimes the pace is fast, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are always expected • Access to a car is a strong advantage • Must be legally able to work in New Zealand Pay: Starting from $25/hour, with potential for increase based on performance Future Opportunity: Possibility to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs
