Company: Zindia forestry limited Position: Export Operations Coordinator Reports to: Export Operations Manager Location: Auckland Weekly working hours： 30 hours weekly guaranteed, 35 max. Wage rate: 25-35 NZD per hour. Key responsibilities include: - End to end preparation and coordination of trade and export documentation (e.g.Bills of Lading, Certificates of origin, Phytosanitary Certificates) across all markets ensuring compliance to SOPs. - Liaising with multiple external organisations across multiple markets thatprovide trade documents and information (e.g. freight forwarders, shippingcompanies, suppliers). - Maintaining and developing relationships with banks to carry out the company’strade finance activity, including preparation of banking documents under Lettersof Credit (LCs). - Provided support to the Export Operations Manager in managing logistics acrossmultiple markets (e.g. NZ, USA, South Africa), for bulk and container exports. - Close coordination and support with the sales team in India to ensure the timelyissuance of contracts and LCs. - Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in multiplecountries. - Tracking, analysis and reporting of operational data. - Proactive communication of shipment status and issues to stakeholders. Who we are looking for: - Two years industry or relevant full time work experience. - Someone tertiary qualified in economics, finance, international business, accounting, or similar disciplines. However, we’re not wedded to this, more important is someone smart and with the right attitude. - A professional and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in a fluid, fast paced environment. - Very strong attention to detail and working in a structured manner. - Comfort with working with external stakeholders from different cultures and operating styles. - Commercial nous & interest in commodities, international trade, and finance. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.
