We're seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to join our energetic axe throwing team. Role Overview: Position: Supervisor (Part-Time) Hours: Guaranteed 15 hours/week Pay: Starting at $27 per hour Location: Sweet Axe Throwing Company, 5 Galatos Street, Auckland CBD What You’ll Do: * Supervise day to day venue operations and ensure smooth customer flow. * Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. * Oversee safety protocols, including guiding customers through axe throwing procedures. * Lead by example – supporting staff, handling issues calmly, and stepping up as the licensed duty manager on shift. You’ll Need: * At least 1 year of experience as a licensed duty manager (current license required). * Solid hospitality experience – bar, restaurant, events or similar. * Ideally, a valid First Aid certificate. * A confident, personable style – someone who’s genuinely engaged with guests and team members. * A cool head and strong sense of responsibility – safety and fun go hand in hand here!
