Key skills and attributes include: Strong skills in both wood and composite boatbuilding A keen eye for detail and a commitment to top-quality workmanship Self-motivated with a high level of initiative Able to work independently and within a team Clear and effective communicator A clean, current driver's license Routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, and associated equipment. Performing inspections and identifying potential problems to prevent breakdowns. Installing new equipment and systems according to specifications. Maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
