About the CompanyOur client is a well established international logistics provider, celebrating 15 years of success with operations across New Zealand, China and Australia. They are now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead their local expansion and drive growth in the business.  The OpportunityThis isn't your typical sales role, you'll have the autonomy to run it like your own business. As a driven hunter, you'll proactively generate new business, fuel growth, influence strategy and make a tangible impact. Your focus will be on opening new doors, building high value client relationships and positioning the company as a trusted leader in the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities * Drive market expansion by proactively identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities. * Build, manage and convert a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve growth targets. * Confidently pitch, sell and deliver the company's value proposition with credibility and impact. * Cultivate long term client partnerships to secure retention, repeat business and revenue growth. * Provide market insights and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless, reliable service delivery. About YouWe're looking for a motivated hunter who is strategic, customer focused, and results driven.
