We are seeking a qualified Fabrication Engineer specialising in duct manufacturing and prefabrication to join our team in Wellington. What we’re looking for: • Trade qualification in Fabrication/Engineering • Proven experience in ductwork manufacturing and prefabrication • Strong computer skills for design, scheduling, and reporting • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications • Strong communication and teamwork skills Role responsibilities: • Manufacture and prefabricate ductwork to a high standard of accuracy and quality • Operate fabrication machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently • Ensure work meets design, compliance, and project requirements • Collaborate with the project and installation teams to meet deadlines • Maintain safe work practices and contribute to a positive workshop culture What we offer: • Pay rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) • Hours of work: 7.00am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Opportunities for ongoing development and career growth
