We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our busy Pizza Hut locations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back of the house coordination. • Lead and support a team to deliver consistently high standards of food quality and customer service • Manage staffing needs – recruit, train, roster, and supervise team members • Monitor stock levels, place supplier orders, and manage inventory to meet targets • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and Food Control Plan requirements • Handle customer feedback in a professional and proactive manner • Manage restaurant budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met weekly, monthly and quarterly • Run promotional activities and ensure store presentation and branding are always on point • Step in to help serve, prep, or manage service during peak periods Skills & Experience Required: • Minimum 1 years in service management role • Qualification in business management would be accepted (overseas qualification acceptable), but not necessary. • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance practices • Experience with rostering, ordering, and cost control • Confidence in leading and developing a team • Great communication skills and a positive attitude • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • This is permanent full-time position with guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week with a pay rate between $29.66-$34 per/hour. • A long-term career opportunity in a well-known and respected brand • Supportive leadership team and structured training • Staff discounts and meals during shifts • A fast-paced environment where no two days are the same • Location is on site, Pizza Hut Whangaparaoa
