Over the past few years, its restaurant has become a premium hot spot for both members and the public, offering a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere paired with exceptional food and beverage experiences. We are now looking for a Front of House Manager to join the team, someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and takes genuine pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences. About the Role As Front of House Manager, you will play a key leadership role across concierge, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations. You will oversee the daily operations of the Concierge and Guest Services departments, support the wider hospitality team, and make professional decisions in the absence of senior management. This is a hands on role suited to someone with strong service intuition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, can do mindset.
